This team works closely with the Corporate Housing team and its main focus is to generate reservations through a bidding process on multiple housing platforms.You will be matching requests, coming up with the best rate, and answering any questions that arise throughout the process. Always offering the best options within our inventory.
This position is for you if you are an individual who is extremely organized, who can work with multiple platforms at the same time and pay close attention to details. Who have an interest in sales and enjoy working with potential clients answering questions about our homes.
This role will directly report to Dany and will work alongside the CoHo account management team.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Create and manage listings**: Generate new listings from Landing inventory across various Corporate Housing Platforms.
- ** Submitting Bids**:Sending offers to potential clients with the best options for future stays by bid requirement (location, bed count, amenities, etc)




These are the basic responsibilities yet not limited to additional tasks depending on the business needs.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ months in your current role at Landing.
- Great written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about creative problem solving
- Good knowledge of Landing as a product is strongly preferred.
- Basic accounting skills are required, you will be working on offer proposals
- Ability to multitask efficiently as you will be working on multiple platforms at once
