TCLis looking for a finance professional to support general finance operation.
**Responsibility**:
1、Oversee the operational performance of regional financial shared service center(including process of Procurement to PaymentOrder to Cash)
2、Lead a team of 10 people and take care of the professional growth of the team;
3、Ensures high quality and effectiveness of processes and efficient use of resources by coaching, monitoring and assigning the work to team members.
4、Support expansion of responsibilities of SSC, including transition from US/Latin America to Mexico of P&P; and O&C; processes;
**Requirement**:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics with mínimally 5 years job experience in similar fields.
2.



Experience in managing a small/medium-sized team of multinational companies (a team of 5+ )
3. Experience in SSC/GBS is a plus
4. Proven interpersonal skills for work internally across departments as well as with external parties.
5. Knowledge in processes of procurement to payment and order to cash
6. Fluent English
7. Good knowledge in SAP
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per month
