**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
Support the Sr. Data Scientist leading the UI/UX developments to build, improve and enhance Polaris, Financial Planning, tool. Works as per Business/Stakeholders priorities.
**Reports to**:Data Science Director
**Geographic Scope: US**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Design core elements, and properties by understanding the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Work very closely with, and incorporate feedback from Product Management, User, Designers, Front-End and Back-End Engineers.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Fluent in NoSQL & relational-based systems.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL server, and relational databases
- Experience in the overall architecture of big data systems, and cloud services/systems.



(Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Front-end tools knowledge in Dash, Flask, Angular or similar.
- Experience in analytical platforms (Databricks)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
