**About the company**
Our client is a US company established in Mexico for more than 10 years that provides health and travel insurances to international students. The company which has built strong partnerships with US universities is currently growing its activities and sales to students willing to pursue their studies in the US, reason why we are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** based in Mexico.
**Responsabilities**
Part of a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support of our insurance operations.
- Communicating with international student advisors, study abroad advisors and international students.




- A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with an interest in international education.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- +6 months experience in Customer Service or a Call Center.
- Fast-learner and ability to adapt on the fly.
