**Boardwalk Technical Lead (C13)**
Requires excellent analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
**Responsibilities**
- Experience in SDLC processes.
- Negotiate requirements, define and discuss project scope with businesses.
- General knowledge about data technologies like Hadoop,



Spark, MongoDB.
- Experience running an Agile team of multiple cells.
- Experience in banking is a plus. Experience outside of banking is a plus.
- English and Spanish mandatory.
- International experience is a plus.
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish.

- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
