Requisition ID: 36899- Job Location(s): Monterrey, MX Queretaro, MX Mexico City, MX Pune, IN Oragadam, INDanfoss is looking for an experienced IT Senior Consultant, ALM / SDLC for PLM Services of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). The team is responsible for supporting and enhancing our existing Polarion platform.
As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within ALM/SDLC and help Danfoss with Polarion transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
2. Collaborate with business segments, product owners, solution architect(s) and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions match business needs
4. Own (plan, manage, test, deploy and support) Polarion releases and upgrades by working closely with stakeholders
5. Conceive and implement process improvements to enhance Polarion platform
6 Analyze and provide solutions to business problems
7. Updating template/project configurations, workflows, and workitem meta data.
8. Ensures compliance to quality, information security and data privacy regulations
9. Implement best practices to improve overall quality of the ALM domain
10. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all solutions implemented on the Polarion platform
11. Provide end-to-end data Migration solution from Legacy Requirement Engineering Tool like Caliber, ReqPro, DOORS to Polarion
**Background & Skills**:
1.



Bachelors / Masters engineering or equivalent degree in Computer/IT, Electronics, Mechanical
2. 5+ years of experience in Polarion platform
3. Experience in designing, deploying and operating Polarion-based solutions
4. Work experience with other driven solutions such as Azure Devops, Team Centre, or other Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions is strongly preferred
5. Extensive experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, SVN and working experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, Web services incl. RESTful web services
6. Proficient in Agile methodologies, tools, and DevOps
7. Work independently and bring in collective knowledge experience to develop solutions for business problems
8. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
