ATF is a leading engineering shop specializing in sanitary design for the food industry. We are a growing company with full-service machine shop / fabrication / automation. As a team, we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking dedicated, driven, enthusiastic assistant with an entrepreneurial drive.
You will be working in our City of Industry offices helping assist our operations manager and sales representatives to ensure we are hitting our targets, by staying organized and maintaining operations and systems.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Generate purchase orders based on inventory needs and production
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines
- Monitor and track order shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist in negotiating competitive pricing, and contracts with suppliers
- Provide general shop/ sales representative support as needed

- Knowledge of power transmissions
