The starting pay for this position is between $600-$700 a month depending on experience. There is opportunity for raises based on job performance. This is a great opportunity for a long term job in the medical field with opportunity for growth.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish **(verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong data entry skills with **attention to detail**:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service
- Experience in the Medical field preferred.
- **Reliable internet** connection
- Knowledge of EMRs (ours is EClinical Works)
**Experience**
- 1+ year of experience in medical billing coding
- Must possess knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT/ HCPCS, severity of Illness, and Risk of Mortality code and Query the Physicians, as appropriate.




- Must know of and be able to code all types of patient medical records
- Must know anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, surgical terminology, pharmacological terminology, and patient care documentation terminology.
- Must have the analytical ability necessary to interpret data contained in records and to assign appropriate codes.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent customer service skills.
- Requires the ability to work well independently and demonstrate independent decision-making abilities.
