As an International Nurse Recruiter at Interstaff, your primary role will be to engage with Mexican nurses at various hospitals, universities, and conferences who are interested in working in the United States on a TN visa. You will serve as a representative of Interstaff, promoting our job opportunities and assisting these individuals in their journey toward full-time employment in U.S. hospital facilities.
Your responsibilities will include: proactively reaching out to universities and colleges to establish relationships and set up initial meetings, coordinate recruiting trips, and manage the university and student pipeline. During campus visits, you will communicate the benefits of working with Interstaff, highlighting the unique pathway we offer for international nurses seeking a rewarding career in the United
States. It will be crucial to build rapport and establish strong relationships with the students, addressing their questions and concerns regarding immigration processes, job placements, and career advancement opportunities.




In addition to initiating contact and conducting presentations about a pathway to the US via a TN visa, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing the student pipeline. This entails keeping track of prospective students, nurturing relationships, providing updates to our internal teams, and providing continuous support throughout their decision-making process. You will ensure timely and effective follow-up, addressing any inquiries, and guiding nurses through the necessary steps to pursue their career aspirations.
Success in this role will rely on your ability to effectively engage with Mexican nurses and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Interstaff’s services and benefits. You will collaborate closely with the Interstaff teammembers to stay up to date with current hospital placements, contract offerings, and immigration statuses, enabling you to deliver accurate and relevant information to nurses.
This position offers the opportunity to travel within Mexico, representing Interstaff at various universities and colleges, conferences, and hospitals. You will have the chance to make a significant impact by guiding talented nurses toward successful careers and supporting them throughout their journey to becoming full-time
Registered Nurses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote Interstaff job opportunities and the TN Visa program to assist nurses in their journey to work and live in the United States




- Maintain relationships with prospective nurses and healthcare facilities and provide support through their decision-making process
- Engage with international nursing students at Mexican universities and colleges, conferences, and hospitals
- Schedule meetings and campus visits with universities and colleges
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare entity contacts and college and university contacts
- Stay updated on facility placement options, contracts, and immigration status
- Report to Director of Programs
**Required Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and effectively present information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally to the United
States
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.)
- Strong computer literacy skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a recruitment or student advising role within the healthcare or international education sector
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (nursing, international relations, business, etc.)
- Familiarity with TN visa regulations and the needs of Mexican nurses
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, immigration processes, and regulations pertaining to international nursing professionals
**Work Hours & Benefits**:
- Fully remote, work-from-home
- 40% Travel expected
- Laptop provided
- M-F, flexible scheduling between the hours of 0700 and 1900 central US
- Salaried position, paid monthly
- Performance-based bonuses
