**Main Tasks & Requirements**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Sr. Leadership to develop and implement sound business processes to achieve maximum efficiencies to increase profitability.
- Lead the business process integration of Service and Applications Engineering with the other areas of the business.
- Drive successful process integration and implementation with commercial services operational objectives:
- Customer Training
- Software Demos
- Contract Programming
- Internal AE Training
- Product Installation
- Warranty Support
- Paid and contract repair and certification
- Influence new talent development and streamlining processes critical in strengthening the regional approach and building strong commercial teams.
- Maintain internal processes and metrics to monitor and drive the business.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance to forecast and budget resources to accommodate customer needs.
- Continually review, assess, and evaluate services to better serve the needs and preferences of present and potential customers.
- Maintain budgets and financial reports.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities that positively affect safety, the environment, quality, reliability,



and productivity or improve the overall suitability and effectiveness of the management system, its processes and products.
- Management and scheduling of personnel, customer requests, and employee development.
- Reviews and approves, to authorized levels, purchase requisitions and proposals.
- Monitors performance of Field Service and Applications Engineers, including appraisal processes.
- Analyze and review pertinent data and report on the results.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing personnel and provide technical information for recommending changes and predicting performance
- Monitor and evaluate the products of competitors
- Insure the timely issuance of technical service reports, software bulletins and the proper dissemination of information
- Coordinate with sales department in analyzing customer needs.
- Develop and maintain an organization capable of achieving objectives through proper structuring, staffing, developing, appraising, counseling and rewarding of personnel.
- Provide the proper training of personnel on new products.
- Manage revenue initiatives
- Control budget expenses, support organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within area of responsibility.
- Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities that positively affect safety, the environment, quality, reliability, and productivity or improve the overall suitability and effectiveness of the management system, its processes and products
