**About the Role**:
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop supply strategies according to what´s critical for Covoro.
- Understand the client´s issue and develop the best solution within their budget cash flow and timeline available.
- Learn market forces ruling the manufacturers of various segments of capital goods to understand cost trends of key suppliers of equipment used in the company.
- Use negotiations skills to achieve sustainable and win-win agreements.




- Create and maintain external networking capable of bringing information about new and creative solutions to common problems of other companies with similar, non-competing businesses.
- Understand the integration of sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and technical elements in the supply chain process.
- Understand the supplier´s business and industry in which they are evolving.
General Skills required include:
- Self-motivated initiative
- English (advanced)
- Good oral and written communication skills to effectively build relationships.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaboration and strong teamwork.
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
- 3 years´experience as a Buyer with chemical background.
- Experience in some ERP system.
