**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our remote team. As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to support IT service management best practices. This role requires advanced English communication skills and offers the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on configuration, customization, and enhancement.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of ServiceNow instances.
- Implement and optimize ITIL service management best practices within ServiceNow.
- Manage and configure CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Management modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Jelly, and UI scripting to automate processes and enhance functionality.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform as needed.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Experience with ServiceNow San Diego version or later.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management best practices.




- Solid knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, and UI scripting preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
