**A highly respected and well-established LA-based personal injury firm is seeking an Associate Attorney. This firm is dedicated to personal injury representation.**
**The right person for this position will have an excellent academic background with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others as a team, and above all must be detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.**
**Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, and writing memoranda.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, notices and subpoenas
- Providing legal and administrative support to attorneys
- Conducting legal research
- Coordinating and filing all discovery documents involving attorneys and clients
- Reviewing discovery cases and providing updates to attorneys




- Analyzing conflicts in legal matters and advising clients on solutions
- Coordinating and preparing administrative reports
- Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with senior associates to ensure cases are handled efficiently
- Ensuring confidentiality
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- **Bachelor´s degree in Law.**:
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Qualified persons will be well organized, motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- **Personal Injury experience is a must.**
