Our client—a recognized private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects—has a unique opportunity to join their top notch team as Head of Asset Management. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing the performance of the company's portfolio of residential projects in Mexico
**What the job involves**
- Lead the strategic management of the fund’s diverse residential portfolio, aligning with the company's acquisition and operational objectives.
- Maximize returns for investors and optimize asset performance by performing thorough financial analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement strategies to maximize potential revenue streams by diverse income-generating opportunities.
- Ensure streamlined operations and optimal client experiences.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with property investments, ensuring compliance and safeguarding investor interests.




- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for the property management team to enhance clients’ satisfaction and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management (key performance metrics, market trends, and strategic recommendations).
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid experience in real estate asset management, ideally garnered in the residential sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, actuarial sciences, or related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
