**Descripción del empleo** Main Objective**
Estandarizar los procesos del departamento de Control Presupuestal a traves de proyectos de mejora continua e innovacion.
**What challenges will you have?**
- Coordinate the statistical analysis of the current environment and defining an improvement strategy
- Elaborate and issue out the required benchmarks for the improvement process, and define recovery or improvement measures to ensure that the project meets the goal on the established time
- Collect data, analyze, and formulate improvements to existing standards or to introduce new work standards.
- Conduct post-implementation effectiveness process confirmations or audits
**Requisitos** Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Administration or related.




- From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in improvement projects.
- Advanced English level is a must.
**Technical Knowledge**
- Problem Solving (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5s)
- Project Management
- Lean manufacturing
- SAP is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel
- Desirable PowerBI
