**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitates end to end customer invoicing processes, including invoice verification, tax/tariff rate changes, invoice tracking/resolution with internal/external suppliers Responsible for researching and following-up exceptions/hold issues on pending invoices by partnering with Sales team and other functions/areas around the company to ensure issues are resolved timely.
- Daily monitoring the invoices legacy system vs SAP, tracking the follow-up with the proper area/function for issues resolution.
- Active participation in the month-end processes.
- Assisting with developing, recommending and implementing improvements to current processes to ensure ongoing compliance with company policies/procedures and local taxes regulations.
- Assisting Invoicing Manager in streamlining the invoicing processes to create efficiencies in processing invoices.
- Active support on improvement projects from the area, testing and data analysis.
- Managing relationship with customers and ensure invoicing activity giving first-rate customer service.
- Ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
**Skills/Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related.
- Experience:



Must have +3 years of experience in Invoicing, Accounting or related role.
- Softwares: SAP modules SD and Excel
- Knowledge: Technical accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience.
- Language: English Intermedium desirable
