Team Overview:
As part of the broader Operations organization, our Marketplace team is responsible for managing some of the most relevant cities in Mexico. The Marketplace team is responsible for engagement and retention of passengers and drivers and to providea best in industry experience for both. In this role, you will lead a group of highly motivated individuals responsible for defining and executing the engagement strategy for some of our top cities as well as driving their professional development and growth in the process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Full owner of strategies to improve user’s engagement, loyalty and retention and drive marketplace growth
- Create new scalable initiatives to more efficiently create a balanced market place
- Structure and executing analysis of data to understand day-to-day behavior of our users
- Collaborate with several supporting areas like marketing, product, and user research to help improve the user’s experience
- Lead a team responsible for executing our engagement investment strategy for passengers and drivers
Role Qualifications:




- 5-8 years of experience.
- Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background. Masters degress welcome.
- Working familiarity/willingness to learn programming languages for data analysis (SQL Python).
- Management experience, leading and developing a team
- Great attitude and hands-on approach.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- Clear communicator - able to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights. Proficiency in English & Spanish
