The Finance Director Mexico will provide financial / strategic support for decision-making & control of the Costa business in Mexico. This role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of all financial and strategic processes, including long-range planning, annual business plans, rolling estimates and month end routines.
- Lead the definition, implementation and management of reporting and transactional processes including record of all the necessary calculations to support the Costa Mexico monthly close process jointly with KO bottlers teams.
- Drives a rigorous allocation of resources - DME, Opex, Capex - to the most attractive profit opportunities (or to offset risks), ultimately enabling the Company to deliver on our financial commitments
- Financial Controls and Policy: Development and implementation of strong internal controls and policies as to be the liaison with Tax and Legal across Costa, OU and bottlers / partners for correct implementation of business models
You will also lead the production of month end financials, periodic business reviews and key performance analysis/insight in alignment with Costa Finance Lead Americas. Additionally,



you will be providing commercial finance support to management on key business decisions and business partnering with both finance and non-finance leaders providing high levels of support and challenge to maximise performance and accelerate growth profitably.
The role will act as the key Finance Business Partner to the MD - Costa Mexico and will liaise cross functionally, working closely with the Costa central teams and colleagues within the Integral Venture, KO OUs and KO bottling system.
- You will be an experienced finance professional, with strong KO system experience in high change and high growth environments.
- You ideally will have a detailed knowledge of the current Costa different platform economics and be able to leverage this to provide market guidance and establish guardrails as we continue to scale.
- You will have an appreciation of different market dynamics and bring experience of working in multicultural and internationally connected envoronments. You will be able to comfortably partner multiple stakeholder and operate in a matrix environment.
