**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management or a related field, with proven experience in app development projects.
- Strategic Thinking and Vision: Ability to develop strategic product visions and make decisions based on market research, user feedback, and business metrics.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver product initiatives.
- User-centric Approach: Strong focus on user experience and design, with a track record of developing user-centric products that address customer needs and preferences.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to guide product decisions and measure success.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

**Responsibilities**:
- Will be responsible for the creation of the epics and user stories that will lead the development team of the creation of characteristics in app
- Feature Specification and Design Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to define feature specifications, ensuring products meet high standards of usability and functionality.
- Ensuring good summarization of the topics discussed in meetings as well as providing best in class support for ensuring the alignment of the whole IT team of the prioritization and characteristics that needs to be created
- Will be responsible for pushing the creation of characteristics in support and help of our partners and vendors
- Will be responsible for leading the completion of the characteristics in app and other channels that we explore (website, chatbot)
- Ensuring delivery appropriate in time with the elements that are dependents on other providers / vendors
- Provide constant updates to the roadmap and handle appropriately risks and proactively work on solving them
