**THE ROLE**:
We’re looking for a **Junior Community Representative (f/m/d)**. In this role you’ll join our Community team, representing PlaytestCloud to our panel of over 1,000,000 players - and growing every day! Your team is responsible for communication with our players, resolving any problems they may have with playtests or their PlaytestCloud accounts. You’ll also get the opportunity to recruit further players, help to build on our social media presence, and learn about how our clients use PlaytestCloud to improve their games.
- In this role you will: _
**Community Care**: Communicate directly with our community of players and game-lovers, providing playtest-specific help and advice
**Coordinations**: Provide our playtesters with insights and learnings to ensure that the game developers receive good quality videos
**Providing Solutions**: Triage playtest problems and report them to the relevant team to solve them
**Content Creation**: Have a part in creating social media content and playtester resources, helping the panel to understand our platform

**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Mandatory:_
**Community-focus**: You’re able to adjust quickly to the needs of our players and have communicated closely with customers or players for some time in previous roles
**Problem solver**: You have strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, and are able to prioritize more urgent tasks
**Strong English skills**: You have (near) native spoken and written English skills. German is not required for the role. Any additional languages will be a plus
**Content creation**: You have some previous experience with video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro or CapCut
**Location**: You are located within Central,



South or Latin America as you will mainly work with a community that is based in or near the **UTC 3, UTC-4, UTC-5** time zones.
