**About the Role**
Support in tax advisory on day to day initiatives and new products around Latin America. Facilitate communication between tax and business teams by providing data for decision-making.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product and business landscape, evaluating all tax implications for new business lines and initiatives within the region.
- Provide tax advisory support for daily initiatives and new products.
- Assist management in executing special tax projects, fulfilling ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and handling other assigned tasks.
- Support external audit needs pertaining to specific areas of responsibility.
- Offer insights to core business teams regarding tax impacts.
- Facilitate communication between tax and business teams by providing data for decision-making.
- Monitor new products or initiatives within subregions and ensure alignment with regional leadership.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Law or similar




- Minimum of 4 years of experience in law firm or Big4 experience strongly preferred with in-house background, ideally in Fortune 500, US based corporation
- Tax Advisor experience (not litigation, not compliance)
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Project management skill set, working with stakeholders around Latin America to drive home projects.
- You're bilingual in data and storytelling, and know how to translate technical analysis into a human narrative
- Data is your bottom line; you use business judgement and experimentation to measure the impact of taxes to our growth and profitability
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
- Strong international tax operations knowledge and familiarity of tax issues for a multinational company operating globally
- Strong organizational, technical, analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
