**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cisco Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our client's Cisco-based network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues, implement new technologies, and ensure optimal network performance for all users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain and configure network security policies and procedures.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot-fixes, and security configurations.
- Develop and document common tasks to share expertise, streamline procedures, and enable automation opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in meetings, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve network incidents of low to medium complexity, employing efficient troubleshooting techniques.
- Identify issues requiring higher-level expertise and escalate them to the appropriate support tier.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical assistance during non-prime business hours.
- Stay up to date on the latest Cisco technologies and best practices.
**Day to Day Activities**:
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness,
approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Perform Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes as required
- Updating knowledge base articles
- Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
- Handling service requests and improvement requests
- Collaborating with Client Success Managers on reports
**Technical Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cisco Network Administrator or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking concepts and technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and communicate well with clients
- Ability to develop rapport with internal technical staff and leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solution
**Certifications**:
- CCNA Certification Required
- Additional Cisco certifications a plus.
