As a Scrum Master, you will be overseeing an guiding scrum teams, working with developers, quality assurance, architects, product owners and product management on mobile core network solutions (4G and 5G) including on premise and cloud components.
**Required Skills**:
**Education**:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
**Qualification**:
5+ years of software development and/or design/architecture experience.




2+ years of Scrum Master responsibilities working in large scale agile development teams.
Certified Scrum Master.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, as well as DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools.
Experience training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Experience with mobile LTE(4G)/5G technologies, especially core network, is a plus but not a requirement.
