**Responsibilities**:
Assist with the preparation and distribution of job postings and recruitment materials.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting required documents and facilitating orientation sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred taught in English
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and job roles is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
