Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
The HR Generalist works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as the key central point of contact for all Robert Bosch Mexico associates for general HR inquiries demonstrating broad HR knowledge and strong customer service skills.




2. Provide general support to all sites HRBP/HRL and leaders on all areas related to Human Resources
3. Develop and implement projects and/or improvements in the area
4. Provide general support to deploy central and local policies and initiatives HR related.
**Qualifications**
- MS Office knowledge. Advanced
- HR Process - Advanced
- SAP knowledge. Intermediate
- English Language - Intermediate
- Experience in the position +1 years
- Bachelor/University degree, preferably with a concentration in HR or Business Administration
