**Responsabilities**
Support engineers in activities to structure and develop system testing capabilities and products. Analyze and improve existing processes & designs, as required
- Provide support in the development of test software. Implement processes & documentation for current and new projects.
- Assist in the identification and recommendation for appropriate tools; assist with set up of the system test configurations, and development of test procedures. Participate in cost reduction and quality programs.
- Assist in the definition of a common set of procedures and methodologies. Support production and development of new products through the design review process
- Participate in the execution of test activities. This may involve metrics reporting, including isolating and reporting defects using defect tracking tool.




- Assist in development of solutions or workarounds to resolve defects.
- May assist the QA team in understanding/developing low-level functional and system integration tests.
- Other Duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Experience encompassing manual, automated, and regression test efforts preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
