Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniques
Shown experience in developing, maintaining and debugging sophisticated PL/SQL packages Procedures and Functions.
Strong SQL knowledge including tuning and fixing experience
Strong solid understanding of Oracle and PL/SQL features to leverage performance and latest Analytical capabilities of the Oracle Database capabilities
Understanding of Data Modeling concepts and Database design concepts
Experienced in optimizing performance, understanding database execution plans, AWR reports and tuning of SQL for performance.
Understanding of modern cloud infrastructures; ideally the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Understanding of and experience in design and development of microservices and their supporting structures




Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integration
Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology
Experience following a full lifecycle SDLC process, including creating technical designs, build and unit testing for sophisticated requirements
Technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaborate in a demonstrated ability environment
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to produce high-quality work you're doing
3-5 years of experience relevant to the functional area
Prefer Retail software development experience
BS or MS degree or equivalent relevant to functional area
