Summer Schedule 7:00AM - 4:30PM
(Winter Schedule 8:00AM - 5:30PM)
Rest: 2 days off (Consecutive, rotating weekdays)

- Maximizing company results and value.
- Providing technical support with attention and adherence to quality processes.
- Always offer the customer the best solution, ensuring customer satisfaction standards are met.
Who are we looking for?
- Advanced conversational English (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years Call Center experience (mandatory)
- Basic computer equipment and MS Office management
- On-site work (Col. Centro)
- Experience in Tech Support and Customer Service
