Sales Agent
**Responsibilities**:
- Maximizing company results and value.
- Interacting with potential and existing clients in Spanish and English to provide assistance and resolve inquiries about a wide variety of products/services.
- Conducting direct sales using communication skills in both languages to persuade customers and close deals.
- Negotiating sales terms and conditions, prices, and delivery times with customers in both languages.
- Following established quality guidelines and protocols in telephone assistance.

Schedules:
- Morning (on-site): 6:30am - 2:30pm
- Afternoon (on-site): 1:00pm - 09:00pm
Rest is 1 day a week, rotating weekdays (no weekends due to higher call volume).
- Who are we looking for?
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in sales preferably in call center environment.
- Advanced conversational English (mandatory)
- Basic computer equipment and MS Office management
- On-site work (Col. Centro)
