**Project** Description**:
We are looking for a Java Developer to expand our Trade Execution team. The team develops and continuously improves the Order Management System for a integral top-tier Hedge Fund.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure appropriate code quality and follow the conventions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the software delivery lifecycle
- Participate in architectural decisions
**Skills**:
Must have
- 5+ years of Java
- Strong core Java, concurrency, multithreading
- Working proficiency with Unix
- Have the ability to solve complex problems with practical, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills; attention to detail, thoroughness and strong ownership of work




- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Be a self-starter, chase down blockers, and proactively finish projects in a timely manner.
- Strong design patterns
Nice to have
- Familiar with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus a plus)
- Experience in automated testing of distributed systems/solutions
- Write reusable Java libraries
- Shell-scripting skills
