ABOUT YOU:
- A team mindset, and a knack for forming working relationships across both the design team and the org
- You’ve worked on multiple consumer-facing products and seen their growth and impact
- A desire to learn, a willingness to try (and fail)
- You can work with mínimal direction
- You think about product strategy
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Full-stack design:



from competitive analysis, flow diagram creation to prototyping
- Complex UX and Product strategy (flows, understanding how their work connects to larger products and internal enterprise tools
- Making beautiful designs and finding elegant solutions to delicate flows
- Contribute to maintaining the design system
THE QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 2 years of experience as a Product Designer using Adobe Suite or Figma
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience
- Startup and/or A/B testing experience
- User research and usability testing
- Product strategy knowledge
- Unbounce or HTML/CSS
