**Compensation**:
$5 - $6 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the real estate team
- Utilize your experience in appointment setting to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on call activities and outcomes
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a cold caller, specifically in appointment settings within the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets




- Comfortable with a remote work environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for effective call tracking
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
