_**Requirements**:_
Electronic, industrial or similar engineering.
English 85% (Oral and written).
Valid laser visa (at least two years valid).
Availability to travel.
Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt).
3 years of engineering experience in an assembly environment.
2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in mechanization, automation, assembly and establishment of methods and standards.
Experience in plastic molding processes, preferably by injection.
Knowledge of molding equipment and general machinery-equipment.
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (KANBAN).
Knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems.
Spaghetti diagram experience.
Analysis techniques for problem solving (8D's, 5Why's, Ishikawa, Cause and Effect Diagram, Red X, DOE's, etc.)




Experience in generating and monitoring action plans.
Experience in industrial safety and OSHA.
Management of AutoCAD, MS Office systems.
