**OBJECTIVES**:
- Develop and deliver innovative graphic design projects from concept to completion.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce graphic content for various campaigns.
- Understand and interpret brand needs to create visually appealing designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and techniques to ensure cutting-edge output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,



ensuring timely delivery and quality.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and strategies.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- No college degree is required
- Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
