**Main Responsibility**:
- Service assembly line in all 4 key indicators as Safety, Quality, Delivery, and efficiency. Implement, design and maintain assembly process within highest standards of safety, quality and innovation.
- Support BIT for assembly area and keep all indicators under control and within the specification. Being a key contributor for the BIT excellence operation in all metrics.
- Support the Minibussness need related to manufacturing topics.
**What Skills You Need**:




- Analyzes customer problems and develop solutions to fullfull customer expectation and avoid recurrence assignments and determines engineering specifications which must be fulfilled for complex problems or projects of moderate scope.
- Deep understanding of BERA/ SERA Tools to Execute and implement safety and Ergonomic analysis focused in the prevention of incidents.
- Undestanding of efficiency and productivity goals to execute and implement project related to productivity and efficiency within the Assembly line.
- VSM clear understanding to maintain a permanent monitoring of the current VSM stage and take it to the next level.
- Proven experience and understanding of line balance aligned to schedule requirements and assembly conditions. Keep bottle necks at minimum condition within assembly line.
- Conversation Englis level.
- Proven experience with New technology process implementation.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Skill in using computer design and/or engineering tools (CREO / KATIA)
- Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
- Experience in areas of Welding and Paint systems.
**Education**:
- Mechanic Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering.
- Mecatronic Engineering.
- Material Engineering.
- Or other similar engeenering degree.
