**Our client **specializes in the management of homeowner associations. Since our founding in, they have continued to be a principal player in the management of planned communities, condominiums and cooperatives. Their staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based upon the best practices within the community associations industry.
**Your activities as a Customer Service Representative will be**:
- Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner, handling client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Educate clients about our services, policies, and Resident Portal
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- Standard schedule 09:00 -18:00 Mexico City time
- Daylight saving 08:00 - 17:00 Mexico City time




**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.**

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
