- Monitoring of customer portal requirements.
- Interact with CSR to resolve order discrepancies.
- Validate the accuracy of all data entry granting a 100% quality.
- Attend daily Order Entry reports to achieve target metrics.
- Other responsibilities or projects assigned by the order entry supervisor.
