Oversee all matters related to the function of property within a community (maintenance and security, staff and vendors)
Supervise construction projects and large-scale maintenance functions, elections, and other procedural tasks on behalf of the HOA
Perform direct administrative and management duties, as requested by the Board of Directors or Property Owner, and in accordance with the management agreement.
Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors or Property Owner and residents in executing the established policies and conveying resident grievances.
Attend Board of Directors meetings or Owner meetings and record detailed notes.
Prepare and review periodic financial reports and ensure a management summary is submitted.
Prepare Board or Owner packets according to established time frames.
