Your Role
What You Will Do
Design and lead research and data collection activities across a broad range of client industries and services, including space planning, change management strategy, workplace performance, occupancy and real estate portfolio strategy.
- Engaging clients directly throughout all project phases, fostering a relationship of trust, accountability and professional integrity with all external stakeholders.
- Crafting thorough work plans in coordination with Gensler's Design Managers to generate methodologies that are sound, realistic and compelling, and are attuned to the specific complexities of each project.
- Lead Strategy teams at Gensler, sharing knowledge, championing professional interests and mentoring team members with thoughtfulness and empathy.
- Support Strategy teams at Gensler with autonomy and responsibility in the assigned tasks.
- Delivering excellence, upholding high professional standards in the conception, production and presentation of our project work.
- Supporting business development teams in the crafting and delivery of work proposals across multiple industries.
- Challenging external clients and internal design teams on how to approach opportunities and overcome obstacles in a thoughtful and actionable way.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field




- 10+ years professional experience, executing projects in one or more areas related to design strategy, space planning, management consulting, market research, corporate strategy, real estate services, product development or related.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or AutoCAD and other visualization software a plus.
