**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the assembly of industrial equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
Hire, train, and supervise technicians and production staff
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production processes
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing industrial equipment assembly
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
Experience with hiring and training production staff
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
