**Job Summary**
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate activities and information with Sales as a participant in the Customer Team process.
- Lead critical escalation and be able to manage customer expectation and drive factory teams to deliver timely support.
- Define and drive customer requirements for existing or evaluation products based on technical intimacy with the customer.
- Adopt creative approach when facing challenge, bring enthusiasm to exploring the unknown in new technology.
- Conducts technical reviews to understand and interpret customer RFI/Q expectations, participates with commercial team to execute responses to customer.
- Self-directed, requiring mínimal direct supervision.
- Participates in customers’ various equipment improvements teams, ramp teams, equipment down escalation meetings, safety meetings, management reviews, and other focused meetings.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Other duties may be assigned as required
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Requires a BS/E degree.




- Requires the use of disciplined engineering principles and practices.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with dispense equipment and process, electronics manufacturing equipment and field/sales process experience a plus
**Preferred Skills and Abilities**
- Bilingual Spanish/English, as work is based primarily in Mexico
- High technical acumen with ability and curiosity to learn new skills and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Analytical, inquisitive with experience in problem resolution, and cross-group collaboration
- Strong time management and delegation skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
