**Jr. Fulfillment and Shipping Compliance Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Assist in resolving shipping issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and labels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain department.




**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment, shipping, or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- English speaking is a plus
