**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of production personnel to achieve the daily production target.
- On time delivery of finished product according to planning.
- Management of work orders.
- Complying and documenting activities related to KS's.
- Report any problems with factory equipment.
- Deliver your problem analysis results.
Qualifications:
a) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
b) Expertise: In chemical manufacturing, implementation of quality systems in production, and SAP management.
c) Experience: Production supervisor - 2 years, Lean systems management - 1 year.
d) Skills: Personnel management, shift rotation, able to communicate fluently in English, constant pro-activity, problem solving methodology, negotiation.
