- Bachelor Degree, Engineering any field
- at least 3 years of experience in similar position, in automotive environment
- Experience in methalmechanic industry highly preferred.
- Experience in design programs such solid works, autocad, etc.
- Experience in die and mold designing
- Proven experience managing human resources
- Knowledge in maintenance systems
- Knowledge in quality systems such as TS16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45000.
- Coordinate activitives to maintain all the Assembly tooling by following the Preventive Maintenance Plan. (Weld Rings, Welding Moulds, Bending Cams, Looping Rolls, etc).
- Bilingual, preferred.
