**Main Responsibilities**
- Support communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event, following established guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising the necessary event staff, including vendors, support staff, and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to events, such as permits and licenses, under the supervision of the operations manager.
- Collect and analyze key metrics and participant feedback to evaluate the success of events and suggest improvements for future events.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in the event industry, and contribute innovative ideas to improve the quality and impact of events.
- Assist in evaluating, supervising, hiring, and managing the services of various vendors collaborating on the event, before, during, and after the event.
- Track payments and closeouts with vendors, ensuring adjustments are made according to the event's established guidelines.




- Actively participate in the operation of each event, ensuring optimal execution and resolving operational issues as they arise.
**Requirements**:
- Studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in operations events
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Implement, follow through and document processes, plans and ideas.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to changing events in operating conditions.
