We are looking for a top-notch sales development representative that can help us take the firm to the next level. This is a work-from-home, contract engagement. The person we are looking to onboard will own the entire sales lifecycle; from prospecting / cold-calling, to closing new business and upselling to existing clients.
**Desired skills**
- At least 2 years of prospecting / high volume cold calling (not limited to), or full cycle sales experience
- Experience sourcing / identifying potential prospects
- Ability to make between 50-70 calls per day
- Proven initiative and a competitive drive
- Excellent communication skills - 100% ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to overcome objections
- An interest in building or accelerating your sales career
- Experience with promotional items (Desired)
- Experience with sales CRM (Hubspot is preferred)
**What you need to succeed**
- Run and own the entire sales process, from first contact, ongoing communication and finally placing an order
- Re Engage dormant leads to bring them back into our active sales pipeline
- Keep detailed records in our CRM and regularly report out on results
- Generate new leads directly through inbound and outbound channels
- Ideally has 2+ years of experience in sales
- Is willing to give and receive constructive criticism




- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and manage multiple client relationships.
- History of working hard while pushing through failures and challenges with enthusiasm
- Consistent achievement towards a monthly quota
