**Job Summary -**
This position will provide system & process support for SC Markets n Logistics (MSC) department, following and analysis of specific data. For this position strong analysis skills are essential.
**Years of experience needed - 0-3**
**Technical Skills**:
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Location: Guadalajara, not a home office position.
- Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.
- Excellence in customer service
- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
- Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
- Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs
- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency.
- Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.
- Any other activities or tasks related or complementary to his/her principal activities.
- Services Acceptance criteria Delivery of documents to end customers/channels
- Documents available to customers/channels within a period of no more than 24 hours after the case is taken.




- Capture of invoices in portals Invoice available in the client portal in a timely manner for the management of payments to HP.
- Request and management of delivery vouchers (PODs)
- Reception and management of delivery vouchers
- Report of rejected invoices Notification and generation of invoice report
- Shipped Not Invoice Support Contribute to maintaining the established metric of cases no older than 60 days; in regards to the Invoice
