- To manage the die maintenance systems in all the shifts to assure dies work properly providing the necessary resources to achieve the productivity and quality goals.
- Support the team to achieve the safety, production, quality, delivery, moral and environmental indicators.
- Develop his team in technical knowledge to ensure compliance with the objectives of quality and productivity in production lines.
- Develop his team in SPW knowledge to assure the proper accomplishment of PM methodology.
- Being a leader and encourage teamwork with all areas.
**Requirements**:
- oordinate activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards (particularly Autonomous and Professional Maintenance, Pillar Activities) to guarantee the productivity and quality goals,



through a systematic approach of planning and executing key die maintenance enablers and coordinating all activities utilizing the TMS system.
- Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination, planning activities for die maintenance.
- Planning and execution of die maintenance and die improvements through the use of new machining technologies (using design software and machining programs).
- Ensure to have the appropriate and sufficient tools and facilities and also keep the machining licenses updated.
- Develop training plans for people to keep them updated.
