**Qualifications**
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering or manufacturing (experience in manufacturing processes in combination with variable and/or tooling costs for automotive components)
- ** 5 years’ work experience in manufacturing or costing.**:
- Solid technical knowledge in iron & aluminum casting, forging, machining, turning, grinding, stamping, MIG welding and final assembly.
- Preferred located near the Saltillo plant, to be available for in-person presence in the plant when needed
- Ability to transform manufacturing processes into specific costs
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple programs and cost details simultaneously
- ** Advanced English.**
