**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. The work model for the role is: LI-onsite This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors Division in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga,Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: - Assigning the electrical calculation or generate a design according to client requirements.



- Documentation for the client (curves, dimensions, reports), - Support for floor issues and communication with inside support in the USA. - Generate improvement ideas and monitoring of projects.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have 2+ years of experience in electrical design, electrical machines or similar
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronic or similar engineering
- Relevant experience using AutoCAD, Solidworks,
- Knowledge in NEMA, IEEE, NOMs
- Conversational English is required
- Visa is a plus
